As a Maintenance & Control Principal Engineer you will be part of a team that provides active support for factory controls/PLC systems, supervise external contractors responsible for physical maintenance and manages relevant documentation repository. You will work closely with Manufacturing Operations department on regular production support based on internal escalations and with Process Engineering and Health and Safety departments as member of project teams within ongoing engineering activities related to machines integration and process development.You will:Support everyday reactive and preventive maintenance activities including programming of a PLC, Robotic and HMI systemsSupervise and control of external suppliers in the field of services, repairs, and implementation of preventive maintenance plan (including the condition of machinery and devices and the calibration process of tools and manufacturing testers)Manage technical documentation of machinery and installations in the factoryBe active participant of new processes development and introduction into manufacturing environment with emphasis to machinery safety and complianceMonitoring the latest trends and innovations in automation and preparing feasibility studies of new solutions to be implemented within the current infrastructureTake the first step towards your dream career

Here’s what we are looking for with this role:Essential RequirementsBachelor's or Master's degree with knowledge and experience in working with Industrial machinery based on Siemens PLCs series S7-200, S7-300 / 400, S7-1500, and practical experience in diagnostics of configuration and diagnostics of industrial networks.Ability to read and create technical documentation in the field of control, electrical and mechanical systemsKnowledge of legal requirements in area of machinery safety and documentation requirementsGood communication skills both verbal and written including Polish and English languagesDesirable RequirementsMin. 5 years of experience in manufacturing facility or as controls system integratorUDT regulation knowledge and cybersecurity basics knowledge in automation matterWho we areWe believe that each of us has the power to make an impact.
