- Work within a highly agile, cross functional team of UX designers and UI developers on concurrent products and initiatives.
- Be able to work iteratively with both code with considerations for fast paced delivery whilst maintaining quality.
- Work across multiple stakeholders including product owners, engineering leads and broader design communities.
- Be hands on across development with a view to a consistent approach regarding our component library and consuming applications.
- Be able to mentor junior members of the team.
- Be able to work with the engineering leadership to ensure UI consistency across multiple applications whilst ensuring best practice is adhered to across our UX/UI function.
- Expert experience of HTML, CSS, React & nodejs
- High fidelity HTML / CSS prototyping skills.
- Excellent knowledge regarding design systems and responsive web
- Excellent understanding regarding component-based development within a shared style guide context.
- Excellent knowledge of accessibility
- Excellent knowledge of cross browser concerns/issues
- A full-time contract (B2B also possible)
