
Business Controller

- Act as Key User for the SAP CO Module in Cost Centers, Internal Orders, and Work Breakdown Structures; support the controlling community on S/4HANA-related issues;
- Create Internal Orders, including configuration of Settlement Rules;
- Approve changes to Cost Center master data (e.g., names, responsible persons, hierarchy assignments);
- Perform cost repostings for both primary and secondary cost elements to correct or reallocate expenses;
- Execute settlement runs for all Controlling Objects and resolve errors; perform assessment and distribution runs for Cost Centers;
- Coordinate accrual postings;
- Upload Plan Prices and Operational Plan data; support coordination of Intercompany Reconciliation Processes;
- Prepare reports for the German Statistical Office and generate internal reports on Consulting, Sponsoring, and Association Costs (monthly and annually).
- University degree in Economics, Finance, Controlling, or a related discipline;
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in Controlling, with a focus on master data management, month-end closing, and financial reporting;
- Practical experience with SAP S/4HANA, particularly in the CO (Controlling) module; familiarity with SAP BW and SAP Analytics Cloud is considered an asset;
- Strong analytical skills and a hands-on approach to financial processes and reporting;
- Business fluency in English is required; German language skills are advantageous;
- Ability to perform effectively in dynamic, fast-paced environments with tight deadlines;
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across functions and organizational levels.
