- Collaborate with the Hiring Managers and other stakeholders to understand the requirements of each open role
- Full cycle recruitment for the best talent & find the best - able to adapt sourcing techniques to different roles and be able to source using various channels
- Conducting phone or video call screening calls
- Shortlisting candidates
- Guiding the hiring community through the hiring process by sharing market data and trends
- Client facing - meeting with the hiring managers in a regular basis
- Interact with candidates and focus on providing a great candidate experience at every opportunity
- Attending weekly calls/catch ups with the hiring managers to share updates regarding the sourcing process
- Experience in IT/Engineering recruitment/sourcing is a must
- Previous experience in in-house talent acquisition
- Being autonomous, proactive and do not afraid to ask questions
- Experience in ATS system is a plus
- Strong and confident communication skills
- Confident approach - able to stand in front of demanding hiring community
- Autonomous, proactive, organized, dynamic, and curious attitude
- Good at time management
