- Contract type: 12-month fixed-term contract
- Client: A global media and entertainment company delivering premium content across television, film, streaming, and gaming. It operates a diverse portfolio of well-known brands and franchises, reaching audiences worldwide through storytelling, creativity, and innovation.
- Maintaining the project plan on the direction of key workstream project managers / workstream teams / key stakeholders; ensuring tasks/activities are appropriately tracked and status updated.
- Maintaining project reports, logs, and other relevant materials. i.e. RAID Log for all open, on-hold, and at-risk items
- Creating and updating weekly status report materials
- Creating key project meeting materials and formatting slides for key work-package delivery 50%
- Organizing PMO meetings, workstream workshops, and other Program-related activities.
- Capturing meeting notes and actions from key weekly meetings 50%.
- Providing access to documents for those joining the program and ensuring they are readily accessible to the team
- Maintaining SharePoint sites and Team Channels with current information, documents
- Maintaining the Team Holiday Calendar, stakeholder list, and other key documents up to date
- Creating meeting materials and formatting slides for key work-package delivery
- Invoice processing for PMO team
- 1+ year of Project Management or Program Management experience
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and interact with individuals at various levels of the organization.
- Enthusiasm for learning about project management and complex programs
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Smartsheet.
- Demonstrated ability to adapt to fast-paced and dynamic work environments.
- Willingness to take direction from senior team members and contribute as part of a cohesive team.
- Demonstrated ability to be proactive, take ownership of and solve problems, and to deliver work products in a timely and accurate manner

- Coverage for US time zone necessary
- Availability until 6:30 PM Polish time
