- Quality assurance, for example through collating data, auditing or compliance checks
- Scheduling meetings and setting agendas for the project team
- Internal and external stakeholder management

- Preparing test data, testing and Reporting on testing
- Preparing, printing and distributing project documentation
- Facilitating and co-ordinating efficient flow of all working documents
- Drafting documents, such as reports, notes, letters, presentations and minutes of meetings
- Bachelor's degree in ICT (ideally, though not mandatory) plus 3 years of professional experience.
- At least 3 years of professional experience in relevant position.
- Working knowledge of English: C1 or higher level.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies and methods
- Experienced in drafting documents, (such as reports, notes, letters, presentations and minutes of meetings), managing correspondence and typing in data into electronic systems
- Ability to organise and plan the work process and deliver expected results
- Proficient in using MS Office tools [05] Basic knowledge of ICT terminology and concepts
- Dedication to quality of the provided documents (incl. content and formatting)

- Candidate has experience in applying PM2 methodology
- Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM)
- PM2 Basic
- or an equivalent certification recognized internationally (subject to acceptance as a valid credential by the Contracting Authority)
