SummaryThe Customer Delivery Specialist (CDS) is responsible for managing and executing the delivery of complex, non-programmatic solutions while ensuring high-quality customer and partner experiences. This role owns critical operational processes—including ALD requirements, pricing and quoting, deal coordination, bid management, supplier invoicing, and sales reporting. The CDS serves as a key liaison between partners, customers, and internal teams, applying subject matter expertise to resolve both routine and complex business challenges.Key ResponsibilitiesOperational DeliveryManage and execute complex operational processes, including:ALD requirement handlingQuote preparation & deal coordinationBid managementSupplier invoice managementSales reporting & forecastingEnsure timely funding and booking in accordance with Schedule of Authority (SOA).Monitor supplier payments and volume achievement against targets.Drive compliance with established company guidelines, policies, and controls.Customer & Partner EngagementAct as a trusted point of contact for customers (Tier 1 & Tier 2 accounts).Support total customer experience through timely communication, issue resolution, and escalations where needed.Build and maintain strong working relationships with resellers and partners, ensuring smooth collaboration.Communicate customer/partner updates consistently to Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Partner Relationship Management (PRM) teams.Collaboration & LeadershipPartner closely with Sales to support business outcomes.Provide input into process improvements to drive efficiency and quality.Collaborate across teams to deliver customer solutions and projects.May serve as a project or team lead, validating deliverables and supporting decision-making.Coach and guide colleagues to strengthen team knowledge and performance.Required CompetenciesStrong organizational, time management, multitasking, and follow-up skills.High attention to detail with proven problem-solving abilities.Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, presentation).Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel (advanced), Word, and PowerPoint.Proficiency in English and Dutch.Ability to work proactively both independently and within cross-functional teams.Strong enterprise-minded approach, focusing on optimal outcomes for customers and the business.Ability to apply independent judgment within established policies to recommend solutions.Experience & QualificationsUniversity degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.2–4 years’ experience in a business-related role, ideally within finance, accounting, or operations.
Fluency in English and Dutch (additional languages a plus).Skills & Competencies

Work Setup
  • Hybrid model: 1–2 days per week in the office
  • Standard hours: 9:00–17:00
  • Flexibility required during month-end and quarter-end (possible overtime)
