
Operations Communication Leader

- Develop and lead a comprehensive communication strategy that supports the goals of the Operations function.
- Serve as a senior advisor to Operations leadership on communication matters, including change management, transformation, and employee engagement.
- Partner with Talent Acquisition, HR, and Global Communications to align messaging and ensure consistent branding.
- Lead communication planning and execution during operational changes, system rollouts and enhancements
- Craft narratives and content that elevate the Operations brand in external forums (e.g., conferences, industry panels, client engagements).
- Collaborate with PR and marketing teams to position Operations achievements and innovations in the public domain.
- Equip people leaders with toolkits and resources to cascade messages effectively.
- Drive consistent, clear, and compelling communication to frontline teams and operational staff across regions, by coordinating with local Comms & Engagement Specialists;
- Lead & support creation of newsletters, announcements, global engagement initiatives and leadership messages that reinforce business priorities and culture.
- Oversee communication channels and platforms (e.g., SharePoint, Viva Engage, TV Screens) to ensure timely and relevant content delivery.
- Hosting and organization of Global Town Hall events
- Ensuring alignment and supporting cooperation with Global Communications team
- 8+ years of experience in internal or operational communications, preferably in a global or matrixed organization.
- Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and translate complex topics into clear, engaging messages.
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and driving alignment across diverse teams.
- Bachelor's or master's degree in: Communications, Journalism, Business, or related field.
- Strong writing, storytelling, and presentation skills.
- Detail-oriented, organized, capable of working independently.
- Project management aptitude (critical path, task sequencing, problem-solving, etc.).
- Full fluency or advanced level of English is a must (C2) - with focus on skills in writing
- Experience in cooperating with dispersed teams and working across time zones.
- Familiarity with communication tools such as Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Viva Engage, and video editing platforms (e.g. Canva).
