- Legal Knowledge: Solid understanding of labour laws, especially in cross-border contexts, and experience with legal entity setup.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with HRIS systems and digital documentation tools.
- Attention to Detail: High accuracy in handling legal and contractual documentation.
- Language Skills: Fluent in English and Russian; knowledge of labour law in multiple jurisdictions is a strong advantage.
- Regional Expertise: Specific knowledge of Estonian and Lithuanian labour law is a significant plus.
