Our Investor Services Poznań department offers financial services to prominent companies from the U.S. capital market sector. To achieve our goals, we team up with our branches located in the United States and India to process wide scope of transactions for mutual funds investors. Daily work is focused on reviewing received documentation and inputting the changes in the systems, but it may also involve some level of direct customer interactions via correspondence, chat or call.What you will be doing
Our team cooperates to meet daily goals. We do it by:
- Processing account maintenance and financial transactions based on written instructions received from our customers.
- Responding to clients’ requests via phone, letters, and emails.
- Working on multiple applications and technological solutions.
- Taking part in team-based activities such as: team meetings, group projects and development initiatives.
- Thinking outside the box to improve and innovative our workflows and tools.
We are looking for motivated individuals who enjoy developing new skills and expertise, helping others, and improving workflows and tools they use. Other requirements include:
- Proficiency in written and spoken English and ability to effectively communicate with people in different areas of organization across the globe.
- Computer literacy and ability to learn new systems and tools.
- Ability to interpret and follow complex instruction and procedures.
- Ability to work effectively and manage multiple priorities within established timelines.
- Initiative and independence in solving problems.
- Readiness to work U.S. market hours (Mon-Fri, 2PM - 10PM).
- Working in an international company, alongside international colleagues.

- Option to work fully remotely, with the necessary equipment provided by the company (computer, monitors, accessories).
