
Field Service Engineer

- Deliver field technical support and repair services for medical devices
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding product use, issues, and troubleshooting
- Act as a technical liaison between customers and sales teams, providing insights, solutions, and support during and after product deployment
- Provide technical documentation and input for Performance Qualification activities.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, electronics, biomedical sciences, or a related field (a master’s degree may be considered in place of experience)
- Minimum of one year of relevant technical service experience, preferably within the medical device or healthcare technology sector
- Strong practical knowledge of diagnostic and repair tools, systems integration, and technical troubleshooting
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical issues clearly to non-technical audiences
- Ability to work independently under general supervision on moderately complex projects
- Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
