Logistics at Its Full PotentialGXO Logistics is looking for a talented Business Intelligence Engineer join our team!Location: Osła 1 L (LSSE Krzywa), GromadkaIn this role, you'll play a key part in testing our Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and developing powerful BI solutions-think insightful reports, intuitive dashboards, and clear data visualizations that support smart decision-making. You'll work closely with GXO IT teams, operations, and end customers to ensure our WMS and BI tools are reliable, efficient, and delivering real value.What are your typical tasks in a role of a Business Intelligence Engineer:Core responsibilities:
  • Testing and validating updates to the Warehouse Management System (WMS)
  • Managing WMS configuration changes based on operational or client needs
  • Facilitating smooth communication between Central IT and Operations
  • Providing technical support to internal departments, team members, and end users via ITSM tools
  • Maintaining and supporting IT tools, servers, and internal systems
  • Sharing knowledge within the team through training and collaboration
  • Taking on additional tasks as needed to support Central EU IT initiatives
BI Development & Data Engineering:
  • Design and maintain SQL-based scripts, data models, and data warehouses using ETL tools
  • Build and manage dashboards, reports, and visualizations tailored to business needs
  • Administer BI environments and database servers, including user and application management
  • Analyze large WMS datasets and optimize performance through SQL tuning
  • Translate business requirements into scalable BI solutions
  • Automate data processes and reporting workflows using scripting and programming languages
What You Need to Succeed at GXO:
  • Hands-on experience in Business Intelligence development (2-3 years)
  • Programming experience with SQL and Python
  • Familiarity with data modeling, visualization, and report automation
  • Solid understanding of GIT and GIT processes
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Fluent in Polish and communicative English
  • Nice to have: familiarity with logistics sector
