
Process Engineer

- Design and model welding fixtures, jigs, and tooling using CAD software
- Collaborate with production to implement efficient welding solutions.
- Analyze weld defects and propose corrective actions.
- Support automation initiatives including robotic welding cells (MIG/MAG, Laser)
- Ensure compliance with relevant standards (EN ISO, AWS).
- Provide technical support during prototype builds and serial production.The experience/qualification we’re looking to add to our team:- Engineer Degree, preferably in Welding/Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in industrial welding and fixture design.
- Proficiency in 3D CAD modeling (SolidWorks or Inventor).
- Strong understanding of welding processes (MIG/MAG, TIG, resistance welding,Laser).
- Experience with designing and building welding fixtures for manual and automated processes.
- Knowledge of welding metallurgy
