Design electrical installations for railway stations, platforms, technical facilities, and surrounding areas
Develop charging infrastructure for electric mobility (e.g. electric bus systems)Carry out technical planning tasks in the field of 50 Hz railway systems and transport infrastructurePerform calculations, dimensioning, and design of power supply and lighting systemsSupport projects throughout all phases - from feasibility studies to implementation and commissioningPrepare cost estimates for planning, construction, and installationDraft tender documentation and evaluate contractor offersAssist project managers in meeting project deadlines, budgets, and quality standardsQualificationsDegree in Electrical Engineering or a related technical disciplineExperience in electrical design or planning, preferably in infrastructure or mobility projectsFamiliarity with Swiss norms and technical standards is an advantageProficiency in AutoCAD or other relevant electrical design softwareStrong communication and teamwork skills, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindsetFluency in English; knowledge of German or French is a plusAdditional InformationWe offer the following to candidates who join our team:Employment based on an employment contractParticipation in interesting international projectsA friendly working environment within an international team of engineersSalary adequate to qualifications and experienceAccess to modern IT toolsContinuous professional development opportunitiesSocial benefitsMedical care packagesSports cardAt AFRY, we engineer change in everything we do.
