For our customer, we are looking for a Virtual Workplace Application Knowledge SME with strong technical writing skills and experience in virtual desktop infrastructure (VDI). You will play a key role in organizing knowledge platforms, ensuring high-quality documentation, and facilitating smooth knowledge handover for internal and external stakeholders.Project information:
  • Location: Remote
  • Type of employment: B2B contract or
  • Remuneration: Up to 110 PLN/hour net + VAT on B2B
  • Project language: German + English
Your tasks:
  • Act as a single point of contact for internal and external communication related to VDI applications
  • Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for virtual workplace knowledge, focusing on application usage within the VDI environment
  • Organize and maintain a knowledge platform
  • Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards
  • Support handover to delivery teams
Requirements:
  • Fluency in German and English (both required)
  • Experience in technical writing, training development, and digital content strategy
  • Expertise in VDI environments and virtual workplace applications
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
