Responsibilities:

Support all EMEA Markets on Customer Master Data management
Create & maintain Customer Master records across region as defined by MSA internal metrics and SLA’s
Create & maintain standard price list in SAP & introduce information related to MSA product catalog
Coordinate data governance activities throughout Europe, deliver information and data to support business objectives
Harmonize data management organization processes across European markets, ensuring proactive approach to master data processes improvement
Develop and maintain training documents and work instructions
Deliver training to the different business stakeholders
Conducting root cause analysis for the recurring escalations and errors reported in MD process
Proactively engages with process owners to investigate arising issues and work to find the best path forwards
Support various SAP implementation projects related to Customer Master Data and ensure continued alignment between global and local master data teams
Support project teams during data cleansing and migration activities
Provide analytics and reporting in support of the data management organization
Cooperate with local, regional and global business partners
Other tasks assigned by line Manager

Qualifications:Experience (required):

Min. 1 year experience with Master Data management
Fluency in English
Knowledge of SAP or other ERP system
Excel and Microsoft tools experience
Advanced communication skills in order to provide complex information in a simple and accessible way
Proactive problem solving approach
Detailed orientated with analytical skills
Sense of urgency
Ability to work independently

Education (preferred):

Master Degree in related field
