- PLN 5 300 - 8 000 monthly gross (Contract of employment).
- PLN 6 400 - 9 600 monthly before tax (Long-term contract (B2B)) + 16 paid days off.
- Research and identify prospective clients across target geographies and industries (Retail, BFSI, High-Tech, Manufacturing, Consumer Goods).
- Qualify inbound leads and support outbound prospecting campaigns targeting senior decision-makers.
- Prepare introductory decks, case studies, and tailored collateral for client conversations.
- Collaborate with senior BD, account managers, presales team on proposals, RFP responses, and pursuit coordination.
- Maintain and update CRM records, ensuring accuracy of opportunity data and pipeline stages.
- Track and report weekly KPIs, including outreach volumes, meeting set rates, and opportunity conversion.
- 2-4 years of experience in B2B business development or inside sales. Preferably in IT services, software, or consulting.
- Familiarity with enterprise software/service sales cycles and basic IT services positioning.
- Strong research, and organizational skills.
- High motivation to learn AI, product engineering, and enterprise consulting sales.
- Impressive written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal abilities.
- Strong negotiations skills.
- Persuasive personality.
- Experience with enterprise-level clients is desired.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English (CEFR C1+), Polish not required.
