For our customer, we are looking for an experienced and motivated Virtual Workplace Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in End User Services and proven experience designing and supporting Managed and Virtual Workplace environments in hybrid-cloud setups.You will act as a key point of contact between internal and external stakeholders, lead architectural discussions, and ensure smooth delivery and high-quality standards across all solutions.Project information:

Location: Remote
Type of employment: B2B contract
Remuneration: 150 - 160 PLN/hour net + VAT on B2B
Project language: German + English

Your tasks:

Act as the primary point of contact for both internal and external communications related to Virtual and Managed Workplace services
Design and architect solutions in End User Services, Managed Workplace, and Virtual Workplace environments
Work closely with the client to ensure alignment on architecture and delivery expectations
Oversee the handover to delivery teams and ensure a seamless transition
Apply automation and scripting to improve operational efficiency
Ensure all deliverables meet defined quality standards

Requirements:

Fluent in English and German
4-8 years of experience in End User Services
Minimum of 4 years of experience in Managed Workplace and Virtual Workplace solutions
Experience working in hybrid-cloud environments
Solid knowledge of Citrix and Virtual Workplace support
Basic networking concepts
Familiarity with cloud-native solutions and automation/scripting tools
Strong communication, presentation, and servant leadership skills
Knowledge of CCP, COS, and DOP methodologies
Understanding of cybersecurity, endpoint protection, and mobile device security
