Engagement: Full-time, standard working hoursContract type: B2B/contract of mandateSalary rate: 35-40PLN net+vat/hProject DescriptionWe are looking for an Analyst – Risk & Controls to join our client’s Risk Management and Internal Controls team. The role focuses on maintaining and improving the risk register, control and issue tracking, and supporting the GRC system.The ideal candidate has hands-on experience working with governance, risk, and compliance systems, has run internal control campaigns, and is confident engaging with stakeholders across IT, privacy, and finance. You will be expected to take ownership of internal control processes and work with system administrators and developers to improve workflows.ResponsibilitiesMaintain and report on the risk register, control library, and issue tracking using tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, Archer, or similarExecute internal control campaigns and deliver training to business stakeholdersWork closely with system administrators and developers to optimise risk and control toolingCollaborate with internal audit, IT, privacy, and finance teams to align frameworks and ensure process consistencyTranslate regulatory and operational requirements into effective control measuresCommunicate risks, control gaps, and recommendations to stakeholders at various seniority levelsRequirementsMust-haves:

Minimum 2 years of experience working with risk and control systems (e.g. ServiceNow, Jira, Archer)
Proven experience running internal control campaigns and delivering user training
Experience improving and optimizing GRC systems in collaboration with technical teams
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Professional working proficiency in English

Nice-to-haves:

Experience in internal audit
Relevant certifications (e.g. CISA)
Strong interpersonal and soft skills
