This role is critical in developing training content, managing site activities, fostering relationships with stakeholders, and delivering impactful learning solutions.Main responsabilities:

Prepare role-specific training materials.
Lead site training programs and manage work instructions.
Analyze training needs and assess impact through metrics.
Build relationships with operational stakeholders.
Deliver and oversee Peak Plans with the Training Manager.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree.
Fluency in Polish and English.
At least 2 years in training and coaching roles.
Strong organizational and delivery skills.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).

Preferred:

Experience in distribution or hospitality.
Knowledge of H&S, Quality, and HR Procedures.
