ESSENTIAL

Experience in a data analyst or business intelligence role.
Strong SQL and Python skills and experience working with cloud data platforms (e.g. BigQuery, Snowflake, Redshift).
Proven ability to design and analyse experiments, with a good grasp of statistical significance, test design and causal reasoning.
Proficiency in data visualisation and reporting tools (e.g. Looker, Tableau, Power BI).
Strong communication skills — able to distil complex data into clear narratives for different audiences.
Comfortable managing multiple requests, prioritising effectively, and working in a fast-paced environment.

DESIRABLE

Experience in a consulting, advisory or cross-functional stakeholder-facing role.
Comfortable working in ambiguity and framing data work around business impact.
Strong stakeholder management skills — able to challenge constructively, influence priorities, and drive alignment.
Prior exposure to logistics and fulfilment industry domains.
