- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for various positions across the organization
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications
- Coordinate and conduct in-person or virtual interviews with candidates
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create accurate job descriptions
- Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools to manage candidate pipelines
- Maintain a database of potential candidates for future opportunities
- Provide regular updates to hiring managers on the status of open positions
- Conduct reference checks and background screenings for potential hires
- Prepare and extend job offers to successful candidates
- Assist with onboarding processes for new hires
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment
- Participate in job fairs and networking events to promote the company's employer brand
- Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations
- Contribute to the development and improvement of recruitment processes and policies
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 2-6 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment
- Proficient in English (both written and verbal communication)
- Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and employment laws
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Professional certification in Human Resources
- Experience with social media recruitment and employer branding
- Knowledge of behavioral interviewing techniques
- Familiarity with video interviewing platforms
- Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Excellent phone etiquette and ability to conduct professional telephone interviews
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of work
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple open positions simultaneously
