- Identify new business opportunities in the engineering / automotive sector and develop strategies to expand our client base;
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs, and offering innovative solutions;
- Serve as the primary technical contact, ensuring exceptional service delivery for our key clients;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute business strategies that align with company objectives;
- Conduct competitor analysis and stay up-to-date with industry developments to stay ahead in the market;
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales pitches, proposals, and presentations to potential clients;
- Achieve and exceed sales targets, contributing significantly to the overall growth and success of the organization.
- Business or Engineering degree;
- Readiness for business travel 3-4 days per week;
- Comprehensive engineering industry knowledge;
- Experience in other industries (Energy, Oil & Gas, etc.) - as an advantage;
- Extensive experience in all aspects of customer relationship management;
- Strong business and commercial acumen, organizational skills, taking the initiative;
- Solid understanding of engineering products, services, and market dynamics;
- A natural self-starter, confident in communication, responsive and a competent negotiator;
- Strong drive for results, solving challenges, motivated by targets;
- Ability to develop and challenge customers, solution orientated.
