Are you experienced in the HR industry with the desire to develop in an independent role?We are looking for a versatile professional with generalist experience in Human Resources and solid knowledge of Health & Safety (H&S) to lead the HR function in a growing company. Your tasks

HR management: recruitment, hiring, training, development, and workplace climate.
Coordination with external advisors: labor, H&S
Oversight of personnel administration: contracts, payroll, social security
Implementation of H&S policies and follow-up on corrective actions.
Support to management on labor and organizational matters.
Document management and regulatory compliance.

What we expect

Degree in Labor Relations, Psychology, Business Administration or similar
Minimum 3 years of experience in a generalist HR role
Knowledge of labor legislation and H&S
Good level of English, both spoken and written
Autonomous, proactive, and adaptable person
