
Cash and Treasury Controller

- Manage all cash and bank accounting entries across Affiliates, including corporate credit card, intercompany, foreign exchange, and interest transactions.
- Collaborate with the Treasury team to ensure accurate end-to-end processing and alignment of all treasury-related activities.
- Lead the reconciliation and control processes for banking-related balance sheet accounts, acting as a key contact for JSOX and audit compliance.
- Own and drive operational cash flow forecasting, partnering with local finance teams to ensure accuracy and sustainability at the Affiliate level.
- Report on working capital metrics, including payment ageing and inventory impacts, while supporting ongoing efficiency and transformation initiatives.
- Substantial experience in accounting and bookkeeping with a strong focus on cash and bank accounting.
- Extensive experience working alongside Treasury and supporting global cash management practices.
- Demonstrated expertise in handling audits and working effectively with external auditors and tax authorities.
- Experience in multinational and matrixed environments, preferably within Shared Services or Global Capability Centre models.
- In-depth technical knowledge of cash and banking accounting processes and forecasting methodologies.
- Professional accounting qualification (ACA / ACCA / CPA) or equivalent relevant experience.
- Solid understanding of internal controls and financial governance, including JSOX/SOX frameworks.
- Proficiency in SAP, BPC, and other ERP systems, with advanced Excel skills.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken); proficiency in a local language is an advantage.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across global teams.
- Degree in Accounting or Finance or equivalent required; additional accounting certifications preferred.
- Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in cross-functional, multicultural teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
- Experience in building sustainable, detailed cash forecasting models at the Affiliate and Group level.
- This is a permanent role based in our Global Capability Centre in Warsaw, Poland and hybrid working with the expectation for some office presence. Flexibility may be required in line with business need. Candidates must be located within a commutable distance of the office.
