- Lead and manage the full scope of the finance function across multiple entities in Poland (over 50 FTEs)
- Oversee financial controlling, accounting, treasury, tax, internal audit, receivables, and reporting functions
- Supervise the preparation, execution, and consolidation of budgets across all Polish entities
- Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to support business decision-making
- Design and implement financial strategies aligned with operational and investment goals
- Coordinate large-scale investment projects (CAPEX worth hundreds of millions PLN annually)
- Participate in M&A processes including financial and tax due diligence, SPA structuring, and post-deal integration
- Actively participate in the Investment Committee, contributing to capital allocation and project prioritization
- Manage financing activities, including internal and external funding
- Collaborate with external advisors and financial institutions to optimize capital structure and funding strategies
- Maintain strong working relationships with regional and global headquarters while ensuring local autonomy
- Drive improvements in liquidity management, receivables collection, and credit control
- Lead organizational change, including team restructuring and process optimization
- Foster a high-performance culture and develop leadership capabilities within the finance team
- Minimum 10 years of experience in senior finance roles, preferably in industrial, logistics, or retail sectors
- Proven track record in managing complex finance functions across multiple entities
- Strong expertise in cost calculation, commercial and production controlling
- Solid understanding of IFRS, tax regulations, R&D incentives, and economic zone frameworks
- Experience in securing financing and working with external advisors and institutions
- Demonstrated leadership in driving change, making tough decisions, and building high-performing teams
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels
- Comfortable working in a geographically dispersed organization with multiple business units
- Business-oriented mindset with a strategic approach to financial management and value creation
- Experience in investment governance and participation in capital allocation processes is a strong asset
