Posting Description:Are you a well-organized English speaker? Do you have background in finance and would like to develop in a corporate environment? As a Technical Accounting Analyst you'll become a part of our Cash Cycle department and you'll facilitate finance activities. Checking information received from insurers against the information held on the system records
Performing calculations using information available in the system
Performing tasks such as: analysing booking differences, analysing brokerage and commission differences, booking incoming bank payments, managing intercompany payments, reconciliation, collection.
Working closely with the local teams to ensure that all work is carried out in a timely manner
Cooperating closely with team coordinator as well as the team and making sure all service level agreements are met
Suggesting and implementing changes to tools and documentations needed to support effective service delivery
Transitioning a processing scope into newly built team located on Krakow/Poland
Developing, tracking and reporting metrics/performance on various business situations/projects
Handling multiple such projects in parallel that require system and process migration, training/transition management, knowledge management & retention, risk evaluation and mitigation

Skills and experience that will lead to success:

English proficiency at B2+ level (German is a plus)
1–2 years of experience in Finance or Accounting
Relevant financial education
Strong Excel skills
Solid analytical skills, especially in technical accounting and researching accounting issues
Ability to manage a high volume of transactions in a fast-paced environment
High accuracy and integrity in work
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including with senior management and external clients
Flexibility and openness to new challenges
Willingness to improve and automate processes
