- Solid experience with state management libraries (Akita, NgRx, Redux)
- Strong unit testing practices (Jest, Spectator)
- Clean code mindset and attention to maintainable architecture
- Comfortable conducting in-depth code reviews
- Experience working in cross-functional agile teams
- Hands-on experience with documentation in JIRA/Confluence
- English and Polish proficiency at B2/C1 level or higher
- Residing in Poland required
