Talent Acquisition Partner with German and English

You will be responsible for the following areas:

Global and regional talent strategy: by demonstrating knowledge of business, local marketplace and recruitment trends
International recruitment: by covering overall recruitment processes from attracting candidates to the hiring stage, using the best methods to find the right candidate on the market
Candidate relationship management: by building positive Candidate Experience
Stakeholder management: by regular consulting with Hiring Managers, HR Business Partners and other EMEA Team members
Employer Branding: by designing and following the latest HR trends

Your Qualifications for this role:

Minimum 2 years of relevant experience as a Talent Acquisition Partner in international environment or RPO
Minimum 2 years of E2E recruitment experience
Excellent command of written and spoken German
Very good command of written and spoken English
Demonstrated ability to recruit for a wide variety of positions and work to tight deadlines
Hands-on experience with effective sourcing of passive candidates
Result-oriented, with can-do attitude self-starter who can build effective partnership and relationship with key stakeholders
