(UPS Healthcare) is offering position:Healthcare Transportation QA Specialistworkplace: Warsaw, Prądzyńskiego 1/3Responsibilities:Assist in the implementation and maintenance of the Quality Management System (QMS) in compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 13485, EU GMP, and EU GDP standards.Ensure adherence to local and regional legal requirements, as well as regulatory authority expectations.Implement and maintain policies, procedures, and work instructions for transportation processes, ensuring alignment and best practices across locations.Conduct internal audits, process adherence checks, and support supplier qualification and evaluation activities.Prepare for and support external audits (clients, regulatory bodies), and develop and monitor Audit Improvement Plans (AIPs).Perform risk assessments of transportation processes and recommend mitigation measures.Assess current transportation capabilities against client requirements and propose process improvements.Support client solutions and implementations, including creating and managing change controls.Investigate and analyze complaints, deviations, NCs, and CAPAs, ensuring effective resolution and preventive actions.Collect and monitor temperature data to maintain controlled environmental conditions.Prepare and facilitate meetings with internal and external stakeholders (e.g., MBRs, QBRs).Provide support to outsourced service providers (OSPs) with client audits, process adherence checks, and driver training programs.Our requirements:At minimum a Bachelor’s Degree in Science or equivalent industry experience.Preferable Degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Technology and/ or Food Studies.Proficiency in English (written and verbal).Proficiency in a second language is preferred.Strong verbal and written communication skills, to present recommendations and report back to different levels within the organisation.Preferably experience in technical writing of documentation.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (MS Word, Power Point, and Excel).Knowledge of electronic Quality Management System is an advantage.Ability to prioritize decisions which may have a significant risk for the company.Identify potential gaps in the processes and make recommendations for possible improvements.Implementation of new processes having a quality critical impact on the business.Coordination of improvement projects where needed.Recommend training opportunities.Strong organization, time management and planning skills.Flexible in working hours.Experience with ISO: 9001 and/or ISO: 13485 standards is an advantage.Experience with GMP and/ or GDP guidelines is an advantage.Experience with Transportation / Supply Chain Industry is an advantage.Experience with Root Cause Analysis tools (e.g. 5 why’s, FMEA) is an advantage.We offer:Subsidies for sports activities.Hybrid work mode.Private medical care.Life insurance.Benefits from the Company Social Benefits Fund.Employee Pension Plan (PPE).Work in an international company with a stable market position.Opportunities for professional development and self-fulfillment - internal promotion policy.Please send your CV in English.Before proceeding with the recruitment process, please familiarize yourself with the procedure at the following link:Employee Type:
