Join us and let's drive change together, building your career in various areas of retail, wholesale, and consumer services!Regional Fuel Sales ManagerYour duties will include:Identification and active acquisition of new customers in the designated region and market segments, conducting commercial negotiations and finalizing sales agreements,Fuel wholesale in the subordinate regionMaintaining long-term relationships with existing clients and fulfilling contractual obligations, providing comprehensive advice and tailoring the offer to individual client needs.Comprehensive consulting and tailoring the offer to individual customer needs,Monitoring timely payments and conducting debt collection activities, as well as preparing recommendations regarding credit limits for clients,Monitoring the market, competitor activities and identifying industry trends, forecasting customer needs and recommending strategic actions,Preparing periodic business reports and registering activities in the CRM system,Creating operational plans to support the achievement of sales goals, actively participating in team meetings and sharing knowledge and experience,Participation in industry events, workshops and conferences for clients, maintaining operational contacts within the MOL group .Requirements:Higher education, Ability to work in a team, excellent communication skills, excellent negotiation skills, stress resistance, presentation skills, innovation, customer and goal orientation.Knowledge of the fuel industry, knowledge and understanding of the regional and international fuel market will be an advantageKnowledge of running a franchise business will be an added advantageMinimum 3 years of experience in B2B or franchisingPolish language - fluentEnglish - intermediate (B1)MS Office - advancedActive category B driving licenseWhy is it worth joining us?We provide the opportunity to learn through contact with interesting business environments and projects;We offer competitive remuneration (including performance bonuses) and benefits.
