We lead a diverse and inclusive global organization with approx. 900 co-workers within IT.As a Network and IT Systems Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and maintaining our organization's IT infrastructure in Securitas Poland. Your responsibilities will encompass a broad spectrum of tasks, from planning, configuring and testing network systems to providing ongoing support and ensuring compliance with industry standards in line with ITIL, ITSM, and security processes. At your role you will collaborate closely with the team to align process documentation with ITIL best practices and business needs as well as maintain communication and relationships with stakeholders.Responsibilities * Network and Systems Design and Planning:

Participation in the planning and design of IT network and system solutions.
Proposing and assessing changes in the network infrastructure, including hardware and services procurement.
Collaboration with equipment vendors and IT solution providers to develop new solutions.
Maintaining and updating technical documentation.
Configuration of Network and Systems:
Configuration of network and system components based on Linux/Unix operating systems.
Installing and reconfiguring network devices and servers.
Onboarding users onto the network.
Maintenance of Network and Systems:
Updating software on network devices.
Monitoring resource utilization.
Administration of network services such as VPN.
Troubleshooting network issues.
Performing and archiving backups.
Assisting users with telecommunication infrastructure issues.
Expansion of Network and Systems:
Configuring new networks and integrate them with existing ones using network devices like routers and switches.
Configuring devices in remote locations to enable network access.
Creating new access points.

Requirements:

First working experience as Network, IT Systems Administrator or in a similar role.
Proficiency in supporting firewalls, including policy creation, log monitoring, and troubleshooting.
Experience with corporate audio and video conferencing systems, as well as large-scale corporate and guest Wi-Fi systems.
Strong understanding of IP addressing within a large-scale network.
Knowledge of routing protocols such as BGP and OSPF, and experience with MPLS and VPN networks.
Familiarity with voice communications solutions and SIP.
Experience with ITSM tools like ServiceNow.
Fluency in Polish and communicative English.
