- Drive Sales Success: You'll plan, lead, and enhance the sales process, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in line with DNV's goals. Your focus will be on MSC and Training service lines.
- Expand Our Reach: Work with the local team to meet business requirements and exceed targets. You'll play a key role in acquiring new customers through cold calling and mailing.
- Innovate and Lead: You'll submit new ideas and innovations for DNV activities, monitor the market to identify needs, and propose sales policies and plans.
- Build Relationships: You'll manage and nurture relationships with both new and existing customers and clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
- Sales Excellence: Achieve KPIs for new product sales, prepare and sign offers and contracts, and continuously monitor and improve sales processes.
