HR & payroll specialist

- Administer onboarding, offboarding, and employee changes (e.g., promotions, transfers, terminations).
- Maintain accurate employee records and documentation in HR systems.
- Support employee queries and ensure compliance with local labor laws
- Collect, validate, and prepare monthly payroll data for submission to the external payroll provider.
- Collaborate with Finance and HR teams to ensure timely and accurate payroll processing.
- Review payroll reports and resolve discrepancies.
- Employee administration in Enova system.
- Support benefits administration, leave tracking, and time management.
- Assist in HR reporting and audits.
- Coordinate with external vendors and internal stakeholders.
- Proven experience in HR and payroll operations, preferably in a multinational environment.
- Familiarity with Polish labor law and payroll regulations.
- Experience working with external payroll providers .
- Proficiency in HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, Enova)
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Fluent in Polish and English.
