Lead, Hire, train, manage, retain, and evaluate a Global Collection team of 15+ employees
Ownership of global cash collections, in line with DSO goals
Responsible for all Collection / KPI Reporting
Review Allowance for Bad calculations on a monthly basis
Coordinate Collection Efforts for Multiple Entities
Assist with calculation of the team’s monthly cash collection targets
Responsible for Global Collections policies and procedures
Assist with external audit and internal audit requests
Host meetings with business stakeholders internally & externally
Ability to lead, manage and implement new systems and integrations
Interface with outside collection agencies, attorneys & various other vendors
Month End Reporting & Subledger Reconciliation – Understanding of basic accounting
Additional duties as assigned

QualificationsEducation & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree Required (Accounting or Finance Preferred)
Excellent customer service skills
Must have Intermediate Excel Knowledge
Must have basic accounting knowledge
Experience with Microsoft Office Applications and D365 ERP System
Ability to understand a complex business and provide solutions
Problem Solving & Communication Skills

Preferred Qualifications:

8-10 years of working experience in a credit & collections environment
Management experience with AR and/or Credit & Collections
Expert knowledge of Order to Cash Process

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

Must have good written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work well with others
Must be able to perform in a high-speed, high-pressure environment
Must be attentive to details
