- Manage and maintain shared infrastructure systems such as AD, DNS, FTP, SMTP, domain controllers, monitoring tools and others.
- Support cloud administration activities (AWS, GCP, or Azure), including IAM, VPCs, backups, and policies.
- Develop and maintain automation for provisioning and configuration using Terraform, Ansible, and scripting tools such as PowerShell, Python, Bash.
- Document existing infrastructure and contribute to a codified, version-controlled state.
- Collaborate with various internal teams to define best practices for access, patching, backup, and availability of shared services.
- Proactively monitor systems and respond to issues, alerts, and performance trends.
- Help improve system security posture and enforce compliance and audit standards.
- 8+ years of hands-on Infrastructure or Systems Engineering experience.
- Strong expertise in Windows Server, Linux, Active Directory, DNS, SMTP, FTP.
- Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools (e.g, Terraform, CloudFormation, Ansible).
- CI/CD experience is a solid plus.
- Working knowledge of cloud administration (GCP/AWS/Azure).
- Familiarity with infrastructure security principles, RBAC, and privileged access controls.
- Excellent scripting and automation skills (e.g PowerShell, Python).
- Strong documentation, communication, and troubleshooting skills.
- Experience working with regulated environments or managing least-privilege access models is highly preferred.
- Background in audit/compliance or security hardening for shared systems is preferred.
- A strong understanding of security best practices in cloud environments.
- Containerization and Serverless Technologies experience is nice-to-have.
