
Customer Technical Product Manager (m/f/d)

- Drives product technical changes with the OES customers supported by the Business units and R&D and be technical support for OES;
- Supports OES negotiations and technical projects as main liaise for communication between aftermarket and ZF OE technical community;
- Monitor and review new projects launch status from the technical requirements perspective;
- Seek product drawing and apply for new part number for service / repair kits;
- Ensures OES customer requirements are implemented in the product offer: packaging, labelling, logistic requirements, product specification;
- Participate pro-actively to develop positive relations with VMs (Vehicle Manufacturers and ensure processes are properly followed;
- Lead the S-CNs for all brands, highlighting to Sales team any change which has an effect on costs.
- Education: Min. Bachelor of Science degree in business, engineering or related;
- Experience: 2-4 years in product management, project management, major commercial vehicle OEM´s;
- IT tools: MS Office, Excel advanced, Cognos, SAP, Sales Force;
- Languages: fluent in English, German and Polish is a plus;
- Knowledge of ZF products, footprint, structures and processes, in particular GD-PEP;
- Customer & team oriented, active execution of Product Strategy targets;
- Automotive industry experience is a plus.
