We are currently recruiting for an R&D Packaging Leader position for an FMCG company located in Wróblowice.
Hybrid work (one day of home office per week)Your responsibilities

Lead packaging innovation projects from ideation to launch, ensuring functionality, aesthetics, cost-efficiency, and sustainability.
Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, production, and quality teams throughout the development process.
Analyze market trends and consumer insights to create standout packaging solutions.
Implement sustainable packaging practices in compliance with environmental regulations.
Work closely with suppliers and external partners to source innovative packaging materials and technologies.
Negotiate and manage contracts with third-party service providers, ensuring service quality and cost control.
Drive continuous improvement by implementing new tools and owning in-house prototyping and packaging technologies.
Ensure all packaging solutions meet internal and industry quality standards.
Manage and optimize the packaging innovation budget.

Our requirementsMinimum of 5 years of experience in packaging roles, with at least 2 years in a leadership position within the FMCG sector.Strong knowledge of packaging materials, technologies, and sustainability practices.Proven experience in managing projects and supplier relationships.Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Design, Chemistry, or a related technical field.Language: Fluent in English (C1 level)Strong leadership and team management skills.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.The Client offers:The opportunity to lead innovative projects with international reach.A dynamic and collaborative work environment.Real impact on the development of sustainable packaging solutions.Competitive salary and benefits package.
