- Be the first point of contact for local HR teams across the Carlsberg Group, offering daily support on SAP SuccessFactors modules such as Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Recruiting, Onboarding/Offboarding, Compensation, Learning, Succession & Development.
- Troubleshoot system issues individually and in cooperation with IT and external vendors, helping to resolve problems like data sync errors, access issues, or workflow disruptions.
- Support core HR processes by making sure the system is ready and data is accurate.
- Perform regular quality checks to identify and correct data inconsistencies, ensuring compliance and reliability of HR records.
- Manage user roles and permissions in line with GDPR and internal security policies, including regular audits and access reviews.
- Develop and maintain training guides, FAQ articles, and other materials that help HR teams use the system.
- Assist with regular and ad-hoc reporting using SAP SF tools, Excel, or Power BI.
- Support the development and testing of HR applications and AI-powered tools (such as virtual HR assistants).
- Join team discussions and HR initiatives, supporting communication around system updates, SAP releases, and process improvements.
- Has around 3 years of experience working with HRIS systems, preferably cloud solutions such as SAP SuccessFactors (system admin, system Key user).
- Speaks English fluently (B2/C1 level) and enjoys collaborating in a diverse, international setting.
- Has a University Degree.
- Takes a proactive approach, with a strong focus on service and problem-solving in a structured and team-oriented way.
- Is organized, attentive to detail, and comfortable handling multiple priorities
- Uses Microsoft 365 tools (Excel, Outlook, Teams, etc.) with ease.
- Communicates clearly and naturally supports and guides others when needed.
- Adapts quickly and feels confident in dynamic, constantly changing environments.
- Has an interest in digital HR innovation and enjoys working with tools like Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate, and AI assistants that help improve user experience and process efficiency.
