ING Hubs Poland is hiring!We are looking for you, if you:have 5+ years of experience administering Windows Server in large-scale production environments,know MS SQL Server very well (backup/restore, performance basics, SSIS/SSRS/SSAS, Always On),can write clear and structured documentation,speak English at B2+ level and are open to shift work and on-call duties.You'll get extra points for:experience with PowerShell/Python (automation), Azure DevOps (pipelines), Stonebranch UAC,familiarity with Elasticsearch/Prometheus, Microsoft HPC Pack, SCOM,knowledge of Active Directory/GPO/DNS/DHCP, IIS in production, WSFC/Always On, HA/DR for SQL, Git,SRE/24/7 operations experience; Microsoft/Windows/SQL certifications, ITIL.Your responsibilities:administer and maintain Windows Server 2019/2022 and MS SQL Server 2022 environments,automate tasks and manage CI/CD pipelines using PowerShell, Python, Azure DevOps, and Stonebranch UAC,Support .NET applications, Elasticsearch, and Microsoft HPC Pack,ensure security compliance, manage access rights, and perform patching and audits,handle tickets (L1/L2 triage), communicate in English, and manage SLA/SLO,plan and implement changes (CHG), including in production environments; maintain documentation and runbooks.Information about the squad:You’ll join a team responsible for over 300 servers and 4 critical applications used by global clients. We value efficiency -only one daily meeting – short and focused. You’ll receive onboarding support, mentoring, and a structured learning plan for key technologies.
