
CRM/HTML Developer & Graphic Design

- Automation Sendouts & Rules via SalesForce Marketing Cloud
- Database filtering & segmentation, reporting, and working with the business to ensure accuracy of content.
- Key email KPI knowledge: OR, CTR, CTOR, BR, Soft & Hard Bounce Rate, and how to affect change.
- Sendout knowledge: timing, sender, e-mail provider, spam control etc.
- Accurately implementing the designs that come out of the creative/design team.
- Working on multiple products, including custom developments and mobile responsive applications
- Ensuring all code conforms to the standards, coding methodologies and best practices
- Ensuring all code releases to the live environment conform to company regulations.
- Responsibility for producing quality code and working with the testers to ensure correct functionality and behavior and for fixing day-to-day bugs.
- Producing design/ideas to the client's brief and exacting standards from the outset until completion
- Proactively monitor output quality, accuracy and consistency
- Positively influencing clients with creative input in addition to undertaking and pitching new creative concepts.
- Keenly evaluate and monitor industry trends and brands, research industry developments in branding and marketing to be at the forefront of creative excellence
- Develop an effective working relationship with colleagues and client and provide excellent customer service
- Work across various brands within the wine and spirits portfolio
- At least 3 years SalesForce Marketing Cloud experience
- 3 years HTML/CSS knowledge
- Basic design skills, 1-2 year of experience programming digital assets following brand guidelines
- Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, FIGMA.
- Knowledge and experience in hand coding HTML email
- Nice to have: Knowledge of WordPress and/or AEM
- Nice to have: Nice to have: SQL & AI within or supporting SFMC
- Excellent client engagement skills with the ability to proactively organise and influence clients and build strong and effective working relationships
- An innate creative flair, strong art direction and concepting skills - full of ideas across multi-platforms
- Strong typography, layout and technical skills with excellent attention to detail
- The ability to talk through your ideas confidently with the team and clients
- Strong aptitude for managing multiple varying sized projects seamlessly for a high-profile client
- Fluent in Polish and English
- Experience in Consumer-Packaged Goods - Alcoholic Beverages preferred
- Experience working with a portfolio of brands
