Area of responsibility:

Support for finance manager/senior controller during weekly outlook/ monthly forecast and budget processes
Month end closing activities (accrual calculations, closing analysis, reporting)
Manufacturing cost monitoring and variance analysis to budget/forecast
SAP standard cost maintenance (in the system)
Preparation of all ad hoc related analysis according to the Top Management needs
Participation in audits (internal and external)
Daily cooperation with operational team (production, PC&L, maintenance, etc.)

Qualifications:

Higher education
Understanding of P&L structure
3-5 years experience in manufacturing environment, preferably with international exposure
Advanced Excel skills
Analytical and problem-solving skills and can-do approach
English (B2 or above)
Attention to details
Communication skills with the ability to explain financial data to non-financial stakeholders

Nice to have:

SAP CO/FI experience
