- Data Pipeline Development: designing and implementing data pipelines that automate the extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) of data from various sources.
- Data Quality Assurance: Ensuring the accuracy and integrity of data is crucial. You will implement validation checks and monitor data pipelines for errors or anomalies, addressing any issues that arise to maintain high data quality.
- Collaboration with Data Teams: You will work closely with data scientists and analysts to understand their data needs, ensuring that the required data is accessible and in the right format for analysis.
- Database Management: You will assist in setting up and managing databases, optimizing data schemas, and ensuring efficient data storage and retrieval.
- Monitoring and Maintenance: Regularly monitoring data pipelines and troubleshooting issues is part of their role in ensuring high availability and minimal downtime.
- Documentation: Maintaining clear documentation of data workflows, schemas, and processes is essential for knowledge sharing within the team and ensuring best practices are followed.
- You are currently pursuing or have recently completed a University Degree (including but not limited to Computer Science or Finance).
- You have Technical Skills and Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or SQL, familiarity with cloud data technologies (e.g., Microsoft Azure), and understanding of ETL processes are essential.
- You possess Analytical Skills: Strong analytical abilities to identify data quality issues and optimize data processes.
- You are proactive, energetic, have a positive can-do attitude with a willingness to learn and work in an international environment with much initial support.
- You can communicate and collaborate fluently in English (written and spoken); knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
- You are available at least 20 hours/week.
- Paid internship with a Civil Contract (Umowa zlecenie) for 6 months (maximum 18 months).
- Initial training and continuous support working with experienced mentors and colleagues who will guide you throughout the Internship Program.
- Flexibility related to working hours (with a minimum of 20 hours/week and a maximum of 40 hours/week).
