- Execute manual testing for new features, bug fixes, and regression testing
- Design and maintain clear test cases, test plans, and documentation
- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and designers to understand requirements and ensure test coverage
- Identify, log, and track bugs using tools like Jira
- Support and gradually expand automated test coverage (preferably using tools like Selenium, Cypress, or similar)
- Contribute to improving QA processes and testing strategy
- Participate in regular QA syncs, planning sessions, and product demos
- 5+ years of quality assurance and testing
- Minimum 3 years of automation experience(Java/Groovy)
- Advanced experience with automation testing tool - Playwright/Selenium
- Strong experience with Postman
- Experience with such tools for API testing as Ready API/Soap UI
- Familiarity with Excel VBA & Macros testing
- Familiarity with VBScript, CSS, XML, and XPATH
- Complex analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and coordinate activities within a team
- Ability to train other Quality Assurance Engineers
- Advanced ability to solve complex problems, drawing upon creativity, experience, and multiple sources of information
- Advanced communication skills, including the ability to communicate complex information in a straightforward manner.
- 2+ years of Total Quality Management experience
- Basic knowledge of Jenkins
- Underwriting domain knowledge/experience
