Your responsibilities:
- Support the team in payroll systems integration processes
- Cooperate with HR and payroll teams to define business needs and expectations
- Troubleshoot, improve processes, and identify areas for optimization
- Contribute to updates of process documentation and procedures
- Lead and coordinate projects, ensuring achievement of defined objectives
- Assist operational teams in understanding and effectively controlling processes
- Build positive relationships with local stakeholders
- Escalate issues and recommendations to supervisors
- Proficiency in English at a minimum B2 level (mandatory)
- University degree
- Around 10 years of experience in HR and payroll system integrations (experience with Workday, ADP Global View, ADP Celergo)
- Hands-on experience in payroll processes
- Strong knowledge of MS Office, especially MS Excel
- Ability to work independently and accurately
- Strong attention to detail
- Employment in an international IT company
- Full-time position based on a temporary employment contract until 30.01.2026 with possibility of extension
