- You will install and prepare the computers and software for our new employees and help us provide them with the best experience possible;
- You will also support TomTom employees in daily issues regarding their hardware or software;
- You will be doing some user account management (Active Directory);
- You will also help our internal customers via face-to-face, mail, phone, and call tracking system;
- You will align with other Support Engineers throughout the different regions within the global team to take part in our global strategy.
- You are currently enrolled in a degree program in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Programming or a related field;
- You are eligible to start a full-time internship (40 hours p/w) for 6 months, starting from August/September 2025;
- You are fluent in English;
- You have troubleshooting skills and eager to learn;
- You have good communication skills and enjoy teamwork.
