You light the way.As FP&A Analyst you’ll focus on providing (quantitative and qualitative) insights on OEM Americas business performance, including Sales, Margin and Free Cash Flow by performing forward-looking and ad-hoc analysis, benchmarking, price/volume mix, scenario analysis, etc.Dealing with diverse group of stakeholders within the Americas region will be an important part of the role. Your scope will require close cooperation with Finance Business Partner, Sales Teams, Regional Leadership, but also other departments like R2R, C&C, P2P.You will be part of the FP&A Global Team, which is a team of talented and highly motivated finance professionals who work closely together to add value to the Signify businesses. The CoE FP&A specifically focuses on serving the financial business partners within the Signify Divisions and Business Units with insightful analysis and decision support including full financial statements P&L, Balance sheet and Free Cash flow.We’re on the lookout for forward-thinking innovators with a passion for sustainability. Ensure insightful and trustful financial management reporting and analysis to support decision making by business management
Prepare sales, IGM & EBIT and balance sheet/ free cash flow statement
Deliver analysis (trend/relative/comparative) and reporting in a meaningful, accurate and timely manner and translate these into actions for business performance
Drive the planning processes for target and forecasts
Perform management accounting calculations and support the month-end and quarter-end close processes as well as internal and external audits

Your qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s completed degree in Business Economics, Finance, Accounting or related field
At least 3 years of experience with financial control, management reporting and/or accounting processes in a multinational and in a complex matrix organization
A general knowledge of accounting principles and techniques (e.g. IFRS) and proven experience in financial modelling and forecasting
Ability to work with IT systems (SAP/SAP BW/Sap Analytics Cloud) and you have advanced excel skills
Strong capability to digest complex information, see trends and analysis through data
Ability to work independently, take ownership and prioritize workload in order to meet critical deadlines.
Ability to build strong customer relationships and communicate effectively with senior corporate and business stakeholders
Fluency in English is MANDATORY
