- Be the Identity Security Guru: Serve as the primary technical authority for assigned clients, providing high-level technical guidance and strategic direction throughout their Saviynt journey.
- Architect and Define Solutions: Lead the technical definition, scoping, and design of complex identity security solutions, translating intricate client requirements into robust, scalable Saviynt deployments. This includes comprehensive RFP responses, detailed professional services estimates, project plans, Rough Order of Magnitude (ROMs), and Statements of Work (SOWs).
- Own the Technical Delivery: Take full ownership of the technical execution of SOWs, orchestrating the successful delivery of professional services. This involves hands-on oversight, troubleshooting, and acting as the primary escalation point for all project-related technical challenges.
- Strategic Client Engagement: Conduct regular, in-depth technical reviews with customers, proactively identifying potential issues, optimizing their Saviynt environment, and ensuring maximum platform utilization and value realization.
- Proactive Problem Solving: Monitor support requests and client environments to identify recurring technical patterns, championing product enhancements or process improvements within Saviynt to address systemic issues.
- Drive Expansion & Adoption: Partner with account teams to identify and cultivate up-sell, cross-sell, and expansion opportunities by demonstrating how Saviynt can solve evolving identity security challenges and improve business outcomes.
- Technical Enablement: Develop and deliver advanced technical demonstrations and training sessions for clients, ensuring they can independently leverage the full power of the Saviynt platform.
- Internal Collaboration: Act as a critical liaison between clients, our Customer Professional Services (CPS) team, Engineering, and Product Management, ensuring client feedback drives product innovation and technical excellence.
- Operational Excellence: Assist with regional services resourcing and forecasting, and manage timesheet and invoicing approvals, ensuring seamless operational flow.
- Deep Identity Security Expertise (5+ years): A minimum of 5 years of hands-on, deeply relevant experience in Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) and/or Identity and Access Management (IAM). This isn't just theory; you've been in the trenches.
- Proven Project Leadership (5+ years): A minimum of 5 years of demonstrated success leading the scoping, planning, and hands-on delivery of complex identity security projects, with a strong track record of achieving successful solution outcomes for enterprise clients.
- Client-Facing Acumen: Exceptional experience interfacing, communicating, and building trusted advisor relationships with senior-level clients and partners on technical and strategic levels.
- Complex Project Management: Proven ability to manage multiple, concurrent, and technically intricate identity security projects, from inception through post-go-live support.
- Comprehensive Project Lifecycle Mastery: Expert knowledge of project planning, resource management, scope definition, schedule management, status reporting, and meticulous technical documentation.
- Technical Stack Proficiency: Familiarity or direct experience with:
- Core Web Technologies: XML, SPML/SOAP, Web and Application Servers, HTML.
- Database Management: Oracle, Sybase, MSSQL, MySQL.
- Directory Services: LDAP, Active Directory.
- Enterprise HR Systems: SAP, PeopleSoft.
- Programming Languages: Java, .NET, or C++.
- Identity Management Provisioning Systems: (e.g., legacy Sun, Oracle, IBM, Novell, or similar modern platforms).
- Security Software/IT Audit: A strong understanding of broader security principles and practices, or experience in internal IT audit.
