ESSENTIAL

Significant experience in data analytics, ideally in fast-paced or high-growth environments.
Advanced proficiency in SQL and Python, with experience building scalable analytical workflows.
Exposure to cloud data platforms (e.g. BigQuery, Snowflake, Redshift) and modern data stack tools.
Strong command of experimental design, causal inference, and statistical analysis.
Proven ability to deliver insights that influence product, commercial or strategic decisions.
Excellent communication skills (in both Polish and English) — able to distil complexity into clarity for senior stakeholders.
Self-starter with strong prioritisation skills and a results-focused mindset.

DESIRABLE

Experience in a consulting, advisory, or stakeholder-facing role with a track record of influencing business decisions.
Comfortable working across a variety of domains and adapting analysis to different business contexts.
Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills — able to align diverse perspectives and drive action.
Academic background in a quantitative discipline such as statistics, mathematics, economics, or computer science.
