- Manage the full employee life cycle: recruitment, onboarding, development, and offboarding
- Participate in organizational development and change management processes
- Lead social dialogue with employee representatives, ensuring compliance with labor law and internal policies
- Collaborate closely with central HR functions and contribute to global HR projects
- Advise managers on labor law, regulatory changes, and internal procedures
- Support HR-related audits and implement post-audit actions
- Drive employer branding initiatives, including partnerships with universities and schools
- University degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field,
- Several years of experience in a similar HR role, preferably in a production or industrial setting,
- Solid knowledge of labor law and hands-on experience across the employee life cycle,
- Proactive, structured, and independent working style,
- Strong consulting and communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels,
- Passion for dynamic environments and a drive to shape processes proactively,
- Fluent in English.
